Doyle Strategies has taken on dozens of independent expenditure/SuperPAC campaigns at the statewide, congressional, municipal and state legislative level…winning 84% of those races (93% of congressional IEs!). 

These include IE operations for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce – where we went a perfect 4-0 in congressional IEs, winning competitive House districts in Florida, Georgia, Illinois and Indiana – and the pro-environmental group Ocean Champions – where we went 3-0 in congressional IEs, winning nationally targeted U.S. House races in Florida (Rep. Gwen Graham, 2014) and New Hampshire where we ousted GOP incumbents in Trump districts and a statewide win for U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (NH).  Additionally, Bob handled media and digital consulting for the late ex-U.S. Rep. Ellen Tauscher’s Fight Back California PACin 2018 winning 6 of the 7 nationally targeted California congressionals we contested.

Bob has done winning media for non-federal IE campaigns that helped elect Gov. Andy Beshear (KY), San Francisco Mayor London Breed, a statewide ballot initiative supported by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (New Mexico), and a West Virginia-based IE that helped defeat 3 incumbent GOP state senators in 2018.
